SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
Dash of Tabasco
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 c. crumbled Ritz crackers
1/2 c. melted butter

Line the bottom of a quart casserole with oysters. Then a layer of celery, crackers and melted butter. Repeat, ending with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
