TUNA CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
7 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
12 1/2 oz. can tuna
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of onion soup
5 1/4 oz. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. brown mustard (optional)
3 oz. can French fried onions

Thaw broccoli in package in microwave (4 to 5 minutes). Drain broccoli. Combine all except half the onion rings in a 3 quart casserole. Microwave on High for 6 minutes. Stir from outside to center. Add other onion rings on top. Microwave 2 to 4 minutes until center is hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
