TUNA CASSEROLE | |
3 oz. cream cheese 1 can mushroom soup 9 1/4 oz. can tuna 1 tsp. onion 1 tsp. mustard 1 c. noodles (cooked) 1/4 c. sour cream 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. crackers (crushed) 3 tsp. butter (butter) Soften cream cheese, blend in soup with mixer. Stir in tuna, onion, mustard, sour cream, milk and noodles. Season to taste. Spoon into casserole. Crush 1/2 cup crackers fine. In skillet melt 3 teaspoons butter, add crackers and saute lightly. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
