TROPICAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 lg. oranges, peeled & sliced
1 1/2 c. pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. celery, sliced
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cashews

Combine chicken, fruit and celery; chill. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except nuts; chill. Just before serving, mix chicken with dressing and nuts. Serve on lettuce leaves.
