TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/2 contents of 1 lb. bag egg noodles
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 c. milk
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Pepper as desired

Cook egg noodles according to directions. Combine remaining ingredients with cooked egg noodles. Mix lightly but well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
