GRASSHOPPER PIE 
20 plain chocolate wafers
1/3 c. melted butter

Roll cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with the butter and press into a lightly buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. 1/2 c. milk 2 oz. creme de menthe 1 oz. white creme de cocoa 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1/2 c. whipping cream Shavings of grated semi-sweet chocolate

Melt the marshmallows in the milk over hot water. Cool, add the liqueurs and beat thoroughly. Fold in the cream whipped to soft peaks. Pour into the crust, holding out 1/2 cup. Refrigerate until partially set. Pour remaining 1/2 cup in the center of the pie. Refrigerate for several hours. Whip remaining cream and spread over top. Cover with shaved or grated chocolate.
