POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 stick butter
1/3 of 2 lb. box of Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. diced onion
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream

Put hash browns in 9 x 13 inch pan and set aside. Melt and stir butter and diced cheese in saucepan along with onion, soup and sour cream. Pour hot mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered. You may salt and pepper potatoes before putting sauce over. A favorite from Betty Cook, Pat Laws' sister.
