BUTTER MINTS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. butter flavoring
1/8 tsp. oil of peppermint
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
Any paste food coloring

Combine first 4 ingredients; beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended. Add a small amount of coloring, mix until blended. Makes 7 dozen.
