SWISS POTATOES 
4 med. potatoes, peeled
1 sm. onion, peeled
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (dry)
Paprika

Grate potatoes and onion and put in medium mixing bowl. Stir in eggs, milk, butter and salt. Pour potato mixture into a greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Makes 6 servings.
