LEMON FLUFF 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. coconuts
1 egg
1/4 c. oil or melted Crisco
3 tbsp. cold water

Mix above ingredients. Place on greased cookie sheet about 1 inch thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until light brown. Let cool. Make 3 boxes instant lemon pudding. Spread on top of cooled cake.

Place Saran wrap or waxed paper on top and cool. When ready to serve spread with whipped cream (Cool Whip). Sprinkle with crushed nuts and coconut.
