NUT MACAROONS 
4 egg whites
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 c. finely ground nuts

Mix egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice and mix well. Then add nuts. To form macaroons, use two teaspoons and place on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Then bake at 325 degrees until the bottoms are lightly browned.
