JAMAICAN COOLER 
3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
1 c. canned cream of coconut
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
4 egg whites
1/4 c. dark rum
1 tsp. ground allspice

Place all ingredients in the container of an electric blender. Blend until foamy. Serve over ice and garnish with orange and pineapple, if desired. Yield 4 portions.
