BUTTERMILK PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar and eggs. Add flour, salt; mix well. Add melted butter, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
