ARTICHOKE ON BAGEL APPETIZERS 
1 can artichokes, drained
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
12 bagelettes or 6 to 8 bagels, split

Chop artichokes up small. Mix with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Spread thick on bagel halves. Broil until golden brown - 10 to 15 minutes at 450 to 500 degrees.
