HAWAIIAN WEDDING CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour (plain)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 can coconut

Beat eggs with sugar. Add flour sifted with soda. Add pineapple juice and all. Add coconut and nuts. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured (9 x 13 inch) pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes.

ICING:

Soften one 8 ounce cream cheese and 1 stick butter. Beat together with 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Spread over cool cake.
