PANCAKES 
1 qt. buttermilk
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. dry yeast
6 eggs, beaten

Mix well everything but eggs. Add beaten eggs last. Stir each time before using. Keeps 3-4 weeks in refrigerator.
