SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
1 cake yeast
2 c. flour
2 c. warm water

Beat well. Let stand in warm place or closed cupboard overnight or 8 hours. Add:

2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar

Beat well. Add 2 tablespoons melted fat. Bake on hot griddle.
