SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
1/2 c. starter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. warm water
1 3/4 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine starter, milk, water, and flour in a large bowl. Mix and leave overnight at room temperature. The next morning, add eggs, sugar, salt, and soda. Mix well and bake on hot griddle.
