1 box Rice Chex
1 lg. box raisins
1 1/2 c. peanuts
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 box powdered sugar

In large pan combine first 3 ingredients. Melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips. Drizzle over cereal mixture, then stir well and coat. In a large bag add powdered sugar then cereal mixture and shake well to coat thoroughly.
