CREAMY PISTACHIO PIE 
1 lg. can (12 oz.) Pet milk, chilled
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) instant pistachio pudding and pie filling mix
2 c. Cool Whip, thawed
1 pie shell, baked
Chopped pistachio nuts (optional)

Pour cold evaporated milk into small mixing bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with electric mixer on low for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip.
