C.'S CRANBERRY | |
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello 2 c. hot water 2 c. pineapple juice 2 c. ground (or chopped in food processor) fresh cranberries 2 c. apples, red, unpeeled (ground or chopped in food processor) 1 c. chopped celery 2 c. sugar 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 med. can pineapple (crushed or tidbits) Mix first three ingredients together and set aside. Mix the next five ingredients together and also set aside. (Make sure sugar dissolves.) Drain the crushed pineapple and place in a 9"x13"x2" glass dish or 2 smaller glass dishes of your choice. Mix together above 2 bowls of ingredients and pour over pineapple. Chill in refrigerator until set, approximately 4 hours. |
