CAESAR SALAD 
Mash fresh garlic (about 4 toes)
Add 5 tbsp. vegetable oil
Juice of 1/2 of a fresh lemon
1 raw egg

Stir between each ingredients. stir in 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce 2 drops of Tabasco sauce 2 dashes seasoning salt, until top is pink 2 or 3 dashes coarse ground black pepper Little salt

Refrigerate. Use Romaine lettuce, cut into small pieces. Refrigerate in water. When ready to serve, drain lettuce and pat dry. Add dressing and Caesar Salad Croutons. Serve on chilled plates.
