CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
Preheat over to 350 degrees.

3 lb. casserole
1 lb. onions
2 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese cracker crumbs, reserve 1/2 cup for topping
1/2 c. butter

SAUCE:

4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tbsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Cook cabbage and onions 7 minutes. In a large casserole put a layer of cabbage and onions and cracker crumbs. Dot with butter until all ingredients are used.

Mix ingredients for sauce together and pour over top of cabbage mixture and sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake 30 minutes.
