CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 sm. can of water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 stick butter
Small onion, chopped

Melt butter and pour in large casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top of melted butter. Spread cabbage on top of crumbs. Next put water chestnuts and onions on cabbage. Mix together soup, milk, mayonnaise, pour on top of layers. Spread grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
