CABBAGE ROLL CASSEROLE | |
Grease a 9 x 12 inch pan, put about 5 cups raw cabbage in bottom. Combine: 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. Minute Rice 1 onion, chopped Pat above on top of cabbage, add another 5 cups of raw cabbage. Add 1 can undiluted tomato soup and 1/2 cup ketchup. Sprinkle with 8 ounces of shredded colby cheese. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
