ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 lb. hamburger
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pizza sauce
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients, except pizza sauce and cheese, and make two meat loaves out of it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour off fat. Spread 8 ounces pizza sauce (or 8 ounces tomato sauce and 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning) over one meatloaf. Bake 15 minutes or more. Sprinkle same meatloaf with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven just to melt the cheese, 5 minutes or so. (Can freeze other meatloaf, and then just cover with pizza sauce and microwave, then cover with cheese for 2-3 minutes more.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
