OATMEAL - RAISIN COOKIES | |
1 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 c. regular oats, uncooked 1/2 c. raisins 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1/4 c. egg substitute 1/4 c. water Combine flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, cinnamon, oats, and raisins in a large mixing bowl; stir well. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until done. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen. 48 calories, 0.8 gram protein, 1.9 grams fat, 7.1 grams carbohydrate, 0 milligrams cholesterol, 39 milligrams sodium, and 7 milligrams calcium per cookie. |
