CHEESE SALAD 
2 boxes lemon, orange or lime Jello
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. hot water
1 c. nuts
1 or more c. grated mild cheese
1 can crushed pineapple

Cream in mixer cream cheese and Jello. Add hot water and stir well. Cool with 10 to 14 ice cubes. When thickened, remove cubes. Add nuts, mild cheese and pineapple. Congeal. Serves 12.
