APPLE - CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello (3 oz.)
1 pkg. lemon Jello (3 oz.)
1 1/2 pkgs. softened cream cheese (sm. pkg.)
1 tsp. salt
1 med. red apple, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water, add salt, add 2 cups cold water. Let congeal until syrupy. Divide in half. Add chopped apple to 1/2 mixture and pour in bottom of mold. Let set. Whip other half with cream cheese. Add nuts last. Pour over bottom layer. Congeal.
