PERCH PATTIES 
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 sm. green pepper, finely chopped
3 lbs. boiled perch or walleye fillets

Beat eggs and add them to milk, Bisquick, onion, and green pepper. Add fish and stir until thoroughly mixed. Place cooking oil in a skillet and heat until oil smokes. Pour out fish mixture into small pancake patties. After 2 to 3 minutes, turn patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. Serves 6 or more.
