MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix ingredients and shape into balls. Roll in flour; bake in preheated oven 400 degrees. Brush with oil; bake 10 minutes longer. Turn and bake until brown (approximately 15 minutes). Pour hot gravy over meatballs and serve. (Can use Italian gravy or standard beef milk gravy.)
