BOBBY'S BEST RIBS 
2-3 lbs. pork loin ribs
Favorite wine
Seasonings to taste: Tenderizer, salt, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic, garlic salt, onion, onion salt, Wishbone Italian dressing

BARBECUE SAUCE:

1 sm. bottle hickory flavored sauce
1 sm. Thick and Hearty bottle sauce
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Soak ribs overnight in wine, turning once. Season ribs according to taste. Place on hot barbecue. Cook slowly, basting with Wishbone dressing until golden brown. Baste with barbecue sauce that has simmered for 1/2 hour. Take ribs off the grill; place in covered pan. Place in oven with a little extra sauce; bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. For extra flavor use mesquite wood chips and/or charcoal.
