SUE'S "BEST RIBS" | |
3-4 lbs. pork ribs 2 c. barbeque sauce (your favorite) 1 c. strong coffee 1/4 c. soy sauce Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Trim fat and separate ribs. Combine BBQ sauce, coffee and soy sauce. Line a large baking pan with foil (being sure to overlap the sides of the pan with foil). Place ribs in the pan in a single layer and pour sauce over ribs. Cover with foil, crimp the edges to ensure a tight seal. Marinate 3-4 hours or overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Open foil and bake for additional 30 minutes. |
