LINDA'S CHICKEN RICE 
1 cube butter
Chicken, can be whole, breasts, or whatever
Bouillon cubes
Onion flakes
3 c. boiling water
1 c. rice
Salt, pepper and paprika

Melt 1 cube butter in 9x13 inch pan. Salt, pepper, and paprika and flour chicken. Place in butter skin side down. Bake 25 minutes. Remove chicken. Add bouillon cubes, salt, pepper, onion flakes to 3 cups boiling water. Add 1 cup rice. Put into pan. Put chicken over top skin side up. Bake 40-45 minutes in 400 degree oven.

Use amount of cubes to water according to directions for bouillon or to your own taste.
