MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. beef or chicken
4-5 soft tortillas
1 can ranch style beans
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom
2 c. grated cheese (Longhorn Colby)

Cook chicken or beef first, then put ingredients in casserole dish (9x13) as listed in order above. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
