CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chicken broth
1 med. onion
3 c. cooked Minute Rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 lg. stewed, chopped chicken breasts
3/4 c. cracker crumbs

Mix together all ingredients except for cracker crumbs. Place in 3 quart casserole dish. Add cracker crumbs as topping. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
