CHICKEN AND RICE | |
1 stewing chicken 2 c. rice Salt to taste 4 c. water Cook chicken in 4 cups of water until almost done. Add rice, cook until rice is tender. Serve warm, cold, bedtime, breakfast, or lunch. Always good. |
