MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange slices with juice
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients, beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 9"x13" pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix chilled pineapple and juice with instant pudding until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cake and keep refrigerated.
