MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE | |
1 Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix 1 (4 oz.) can mandarin orange and juice 4 eggs 1/2 c. Crisco oil (or 1 cube butter) 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 can crushed pineapple 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip Mix cake mix, mandaring orange, eggs and Crisco oil together and bake three 8 inch layers at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Add 1 box instant vanilla pudding to 1 can crushed pineapple in own juice. Let thicken. Fold Cool Whip into pineapple mixture. Ice between and all over cake. Refrigerate. |
