BUTTERSCOTCH NOODLE CANDY 
2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces
1 lg. can chow mein noodles
1 lg. can about 2 c. peanuts or pecans

Melt butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler over boiling water; add noodles and peanuts. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool and serve. Store remaining candy in cool place. Variation: Add 1-2 (6 ounce) packages of chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate pieces.
