BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. chopped onion, saute in 4 tbsp. butter
Add 2 tbsp. flour & 1/2 c. water (cook until thick)
1 (8 oz.) jar of cheese whiz
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. of chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
3 eggs, well beaten

Blend cheese in broccoli and onion mixture. Fold in eggs. Pour in greased casserole. Top with 1/2 cup cracker crumbs blended with 2 tbsp. melted butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
