GLAZED CARROTS | |
8 carrots 3 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. sugar Juice of 1 lemon Scrape carrots and slice. Boil until tender in salted water, 15 or 20 minutes. Mix butter, honey, sugar and lemon juice in flat pan and keep turning carrots until all are glazed. Let simmer a few minutes. |
