CANDIED YAMS 
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. pecans
2 (17 oz.) yams, drained
1 (15 oz.) peaches, drained
1 1/2 c. marshmallows

Combine sugar, flour, nutmeg. Cut in butter. Add nuts. Arrange yams and peaches. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
