1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped green peppers (optional)

For taco pie, add package taco seasoning to meat and onion after it's cooked. Proceed as directed.

Heat oven to 400°F. Cook ground beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in greased/sprayed 9-inch pie pan. Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour over meat mixture.

Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
