SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes

Mix ingredients and put in baking dish.

Topping:

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick melted butter
1/4 c. flour

Mix together and put on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F.

Serves 10.
