SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Stir liquids together and pour over potatoes. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
