1 gallon applesauce
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cinnamon candy
10 to 15 drops cinnamon oil

Cook at 300 degrees for 3 to 4 hours in oven in heavy roaster. Stir often. Add flavoring to taste.
