LEMON GREEN BEANS 
1 1/2 lb. green beans, cut up (or frozen cut green beans)
Salted water to cover
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. minced parsley
Juice of 1 lemon

Cook beans uncovered in water to cover until tender-crisp (or cook as directed on the frozen green bean package). Drain and place in serving dish.

Melt butter and add salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Pour over beans and serve hot.
