RICED GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 c. cooked rice
1 can green beans
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Saute ground beef and onions. Add seasonings, rice and 1/2 cup cheese. Turn into greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Top with green beans and pimiento. Blend soup, mayonnaise, milk and lemon juice. Pour over beans. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
