TEX - MEX BEAN DIP 
Use large tortilla chips to dip. Makes Lots!

2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
3 med. ripe avocados
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans black olives, pitted and chopped
3 med. ripe tomatoes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lg. bunch of green onions
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

1st Layer - Bean Dip 2nd Layer - Avocado Mixture 3rd Layer - Sour cream 4th Layer - Topping

Spread bean dip on a cookie sheet, pizza pan or whatever. Peel and pit avocados and mash with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread this over bean dip. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix and spread over avocado mixture.

Top with chopped tomatoes with seeds removed,; the pitted, chopped black olives; and a bunch of green onions (about 2 cups). Sprinkle shredded, sharp Cheddar cheese as a final topper. Serve with large round tortilla chips.
